    This is a controversial loss via arbiter's decision. Parro's clock has zeroed out and Rhal claimed the "flag down". However, he made an illegal move on his last move and the arbiter - NM Ibanez, pointed it out and not Parro. And Parro was given an additional 2 minutes!

      It was like the non-call of foul with a few seconds left in a basketball game.

      Rhal should have been careful in the first place since he still has more than 2 minutes left. But since Parro has just a few seconds left on his clock, Rhal played his move quickly in a Q+P vs Q endgame.
