Rhal's Performance

    Rhal's 4 out of 7 performance placed him on 21st place in the High School Division which has a total of 59 players.

    His 3 losses were to eventual Champion Abuzo, 16th placer Montalban, and 20th placer Laylo. All 3 finished better than him, which I think is a good sign. Especially because he almost had a draw with Laylo in a K and 3 pawns each endgame. But time trouble caused him to missed the drawing line.

    In terms of rating, where Rhal is rated at 1699, he performed better than 9 players who have higher ratings of 1700+. He even managed to beat one of the - Jefferson Saltorio with 1778, a fellow Meralco Jrs.
